“As our elder Arizona statesman, and decorated military veteran, John McCain has demonstrated time and time again that he’s a fighter,” said AIGA Chairperson Bernadine Burnette. “We want him to know that he is in the prayers of our member Tribes today, and every day, as he embarks on what is undoubtedly a difficult journey of healing.”

ATGG Chairman Kasey Velasquez added, “There is no doubt Senator McCain will bravely go into battle against the foe that is cancer. Our prayers are for his continued strength to help bolster his fighting spirit during this challenging time.”
