The Arizona Chef’s Challenge at the Gila River Indian Community.
On November 13, 2012, guests gathered at Rawhide on the Gila River Indian Community to enjoy the popular Arizona Chef’s Challenge, a cuisine competition for local casino chefs. Nephi Craig, Executive Chef of Sunrise Park Resort Hotel, won the competition and took home the traveling trophy. Eight casinos and Indian-owned properties competed. The evening also featured Arizona Vineyard wines and breweries.
