The annual Chefs Challenge is where chefs from Tribal casinos and enterprises in Arizona compete for top chef honors.
The 2024 AIGA EXPO Chefs Challenge will feature another culinary battle among Arizona’s premier casino and resort chefs. This year’s theme, “Native Flavors: Arizona Is Your Pantry,” requires participants to create a dish using at least four ingredients native to Arizona.
In this exciting challenge, two prestigious awards are up for grabs: the People’s Choice, decided by the attendees’ votes, and the Best of Show, determined by a panel of culinary experts.

Arizona Indian Gaming Association represents nine tribes representing Indian People living on reservations in Arizona. While four tribes are located near urban areas, most tribal lands are located in rural areas of Arizona.
